Onion Seeds Tokyo Long White Bunching (Heirloom)
A Japanese heirloom bunching onion with stalks you can harvest for salads or cooking. Long slender roots are harvested as large scallions. They can easy reach over 12". The bottoms are white with a pungent onion flavor that mellows as you go up the stalk to the green leaves. They are mild enough to use raw and delicious cooked. Matures in 100-120 days. So early when frost is still lingering around.
1 teaspoon of seeds as seen in the picture. That is the easiest way for me to measure.
For planting instructions I direct everyone to the Farmer's Almanac. They are clear and concise and cover all care needs. You can find a link under the Blog & Video tab.
