Herb Seeds - Fennel

Fennel is a wonderful herb that has many uses but, in the garden, let it flower. The flowers are outstanding for attracting beneficial insects. It will attract masses of bees including honeybees. A unique flavor similar to licorice that is great with fish and chicken. The bulb type stem is delicious sliced and stir fried.
