Pepper Seeds - Pasilla Bajio (Heirloom)
One of my favorite peppers. Very productive and tasty! It will go from dark green to brown and that is the best time to pick them. Fruits are 6-7 inches long. Often used to make Mexican mole sauce. It has a smokey rich taste and can be dried. It has some heat (1000-2000 Scovilles) but also a great taste. Matures in 70-80 from transplant.
Approx 1/8 of a teaspoon which is about 30 seeds.
